* Central contact person for international project partners for questions about the use of the TRANSPOREON platform (system implementation at the customer, customer support, analysis of problems that occur while using our software)
* Coordination of project tasks by keeping an eye on the given timeline
* Training of the key users and guarantee of a continuous support of the users
* Analysis of problem descriptions via phone, email
* Independent error analysis, also in close cooperation with other support departments
* Creation of effort analyses for requested customer requirements in cooperation with the development team

* Answer inquiries about usage of TRANSPOREON platform
* Support in following languages: Polish, English, Bulgarian, Macedonian
* Coordination of system implementations and project tasks in compliance with time constraints
* Provide training for key users and ensure the continuous support of the users of our systems
* Creation of expense analysis for the desired customer requirements in close collaboration with our development team
* Responsibility for an open and smooth exchange of information with our customers
* Establish and maintain customer relations
* Implementation of various marketing and sales activities
* Consulting Carrier processes and provides right TRANSPOREON solutions e.g. Interfaces, mobile app


Customer Care support:

* Providing 1st level technical support for new and existing customers in polish/bulgarian/english via phone and e-mail
* Providing support regarding registration process and requirements concerning the TRANSPOREON/ the MERCAREON platform
* Coordination of projects
* Providing trainings (TRANSPOREON/MERCAREON)
* Preparing short translations (EN/PL and EN/BG), coordinating projects, claims management process
