- Improving, updating and controlling catalogue content
- Working with big amount of data to deliver full category reports
- Making changes in product page due highest catalogue quality
- Cooperating with international Content Team
- Sharing improvements ideas for processes owned by other teams
- Reporting problems to Developers and Programmers
- Requesting for data extract from DB

 Managing, developing and updating the products catalogue
 Working with developers team over the development of products catalogue
 Optimizing keywords for selected products categories
 Creating logical rules for matching products and offers
 Coordinating and managing individual assignments

 Providing customer service over the phone
 Phone negotiation with customers in debt

 Control of advertisement materials distribution
 Customer satisfaction research
