Duties:

- coordinating Italian Team of translators,
- verifying existing Italian translations, making corrections and confirming them,
- maintaining a high quality of Italian translations of software,
- translation of new phrases from time to time.

1) Fleet Management:
- manage the fleet of vehicles - orders, corrections in database, contact with drivers, preparing documents adjusted to orders, contact with charterers,

2) Onboarding:
- close cooperation with new employees and managers,
- arrange meetings for managers,
- publication and closure of requests regarding job posting and corrections in Taleo (system for Talent Acquisition).
- CV screening (sorting CVs according to different groups for future interviews) with giving Feedback to candidates.

3) HR Administration:
- supporting my team in corrections related to time management in CRM system,
- administration reports in Excel.

4) Conducting trainings of Power Point as a part of onboarding for new employees.
5) Participation in career fairs as an exhibitor - representing the entreprise.

• performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific
requirements,
• administrating of the IKEA co-workers database,
• providing personnel administration support to IKEA co-workers from selected European countries as a first line of contact,
• providing support to new collegues in Team as it regards trainings, helping to resolve difficult
queries and manage the stress in job,
• managing the small group of people as it regards the organization of time of work (schedules), dividing different daily tasks, giving advices regarding daily work,
• trainings of Global View (SAP) regarding different HR processes as for example: hiring, termination, data change, etc.
• participation in different projects just like: technical meetings regarding continuous improvement of SAP system and co-worker forum regarding needs in company.

* Coordinator of Buddy Program - the program which is dedicated to newcomers - providing support for them regarding law regulations in Poland, regulations within the company, contact with HR office and teams, presenting the city of Poznań.

* Customer service through e-mail, Skype, LiveChat;
* personal details and proofs of payment verification in system,
* solving technical problems in system, in website,
* dealing with technical problems reported by Customers,
* Customer database construction and processing service orders in system mmboost.cz and magento,
* trainings for new employees regarding the basic knowledge of system used in company, how to deal with difficult customers, work under stress and how to organise time at work.
