* Researching the international market for potential talents
* Sourcing and reaching passive candidates
* Engaging talent using in-house database, job boards, Boolean search strings
* Resourcing and recruiting candidates through the use of direct search, cold calling and persuasive techniques
* Social Media and CV base searches (for instance Linked In, Monster, Facebook)
* Screening and testing candidates
* Working with advanced ATS programs enabling electronic handling of the recruitment processes
