• creating job post and job descriptions
• taking care of candidates’ experience throughout recruitment process
• identifying new recruitment channels

• Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process (screening candidates, scheduling interviews)

• New recruitment channels identification
• Market investigation/research
