• searching for the best Talents on the market
• creating job post and job descriptions
• taking care of candidates’ experience throughout recruitment process
• identifying new recruitment channels

• Sourcing candidates by Direct Search
• Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process (screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
• Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers, Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/Program Managers
• New recruitment channels identification
• Market investigation/research

• Searching candidates by Direct Search;
• Editing and publication of job offers;
• Support of the recruitment projects;
• Reporting in database.
