IT Recruitment Specialist
• Running talent acquisition processes on behalf of the IT Department, according to the recruitment strategy, the needs of the company and talent acquisition standards.
• Running the overall process of attracting, selecting and appointing candidates for given posts in the IT Department in a multinational environment. Conducting the full cycle of recruitment, through sourcing talents, and running screenings and interviews in order to match talents adequately to the job requirements.
• Direct cooperation with internal hiring managers; evaluation of the department’s needs according to the internal strategy and long-term recruitment plans. Mediations and counseling in the context of IT Department recruitment.
• Developing and managing relations with external recruitment agencies; negotiating beneficial conditions and processes coherent with the company’s vision.
• Connecting with candidates through various communication channels, social media and professional networks, and providing a direct contact at job fairs and any professional events.

• Liaising with Business / Delivery Managers, HR Managers, Technical Panels / Technical Excellence Group and colleagues to ensure smooth execution
• Meeting defined SLAs on Hiring turnaround time, offer to joining ratio, channel mix and other hygiene parameters
• Meeting individual and team target / goal
• Sourcing of candidates through various means, headhunting and continuously monitoring and reviewing the cost of hire
• Negotiating employment agreements and salaries with potential recruits
