Lead Candidate Acquisition Specialist
As a Lead Candidate Acquisition Specialist I am responsible for identifying, selecting and approaching best talents on the UK market for roles sitting within niche areas of Digital Banking, Customer Network Support and volume roles for the client UK Barclays Retail Bank (responsibilities as below). I work closely with Recruiters supporting them with end to end recruitment process and liaising directly with the senior managers on the client side.
Sourcing Specialist
- Recruiting for niche roles within UK Barclays Retail Bank ,
- Identifying, selecting and approaching best talents on the UK market for roles sitting within niche areas of Digital Banking, Customer Network Support and volume roles,
- Designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing broad range of sourcing channels in order to attract high quality candidates,
- Creating recruitment and attraction strategy for niche roles in agreement with recruiters ,
- Selecting applications and screening candidates CVs against position criteria,
- Conducting telephone interviews including competency based questions and qualifying candidates ,
- Proactively sourcing candidates using different methods (direct search, job boards, social networking) to identify best talents,
- Contacting passive candidates identified via job boards and social media,
- Building Talent Pools for the owned areas and using it to create long lists,
- Attending briefing calls with Recruiters and Hiring Managers,
- Posting roles through Bullhorn Reach,
- Market Mapping ,
- Improving processes to ensure efficiency and increase direct delivery,
- Stakeholders Relationship Management –e.g. liaising with Hiring Managers, Resource
Business Partners,
- Ensuring all candidates are provided an excellent service,
- Maintaining the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all
selection activity,
- Maintaining agreed service levels and targets set by the client and achieving recruitment targets.
