Daily printing out and filing of bank statements using online banking tools, daily entry of technical bank account transactions in the Insurance Ledger, reconciliation of technical bank accounts in the Insurance Ledger, investigation and resolution of reconciling items, review technical payment requests to ensure appropriately approved and with relevant supporting information, making technical payments from appropriate banking software e.g. outwards / return premiums, claims, tax ,intercompany repatriations, linking and allocation of claims payments and other technical transactions, liaison with appropriate signatories/Hub coordinators to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.

Collection related activities (phone, fax and mail contact with international clients, dunning letters, daily analysis of the accounts), deduction and unallocated/unapplied payments management, on-demand reporting, customer master data update, support to the management team and main market in France, Team Leader back-up.
