GAPA is the biggest organic chicken breeder in Poland. We offer fresh organic chicken meat and ready-to-eat products. At GAPA we are committed to sustainable farming that focuses on offering the highest quality EU certified organic chicken meat. This involves free range breed, organic and non-GMO feed and no-antibiotics policy. We control all the process from breeding, slaughter to food production and transport to make sure that EU standards for animal welfare are met throughout the steps.
We also offer strategy consultancy services specializing in commercial analysis on Polish organic food market, market entry preparations and certification process advisory.

Completed projects:
1. Organizational restructuring of the conventional electricity generation sector of ENERGA S.A., Polish top energy company.
2. Evaluation of outsourcing possibilities for a leading public hospital in Poland.
3. Preparation of the commercial part (idea, business model) of the proposal for the "Bridge Alfa" program, a national early stage R&D funding project of Narodowy Fundusz Badań i Rozwoju (The National Centre for R&D) worth 20 million PLN.
4. Commercial due dilligence (company & market analysis) of a leading steel company in Poland as part of its preparations for an IPO. Responsible for the business part of the prospectus and work coordination of other parties (lawyers, bankers, auditors, etc.).
5. Strategic advisory to Spółdzielnia Wyrobów Skórzanych im. Jana Kilińskiego in Gdynia on new market entry, positioning and product design.
