Manage and motivate a team of Account Managers;
Use tools to analyze hotel/city performance and to prioritize actions;
Assist to create strategic plans for all targeted area’s;
Visit the hotels together with the Account Managers;
Responsible for area coverage;
Take care of negotiations and contracts with chains and important hotels;
Practice allotment management; getting more availability and better rates;
Deliver quantity and quality reports;
Responsible for after sales;
Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits;
Expand and take care of networks;
Other duties as assigned.
