Process/NPD Manager
Objectives of the job:
- analyze the existing production process to guarantee and to improve the quality of the products and increase the stability of the process (continous improvement)
- develop and realise new products in cooperation with Group R&D and with the commercial companies
- responsible for contacts with suppliers (new ingredients/supplier specifications) and customers (questions, specifications, technical datasheets)

Quality Manager
Objectives of the job:
- quality system: perform internal, process audits in accordance with HACCP/IFS/BRC requirements and established company procedures; coordinate and maintain corrective action program; create and revise work instructions and procedures as requires to support quality initiatives and work processes; ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation; participation in rebuilding and modernisation's projects according GMP and GHP requirements; setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
- quality control: quality control of raw materials, final products, production on the floor; defining quality procedures in conjuction with operating staff; assist the quality control function regarding failure analysis and troubleshooting; interface with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other departments to improve quality and the processes; supervise, manage and support the quality assurance personnel; evaluation of quality; agreeing standaards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply (production standards, specifications of baking, proofing, packing and freezing);
- documentation: keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues; manages and maintains data bases for the quality system and prepares/assist in preparation of monthly and annual reports and quality trending reports; manages of data bases of complaints, specifications, BOM's, calculations and cost prices;
- audits: performing internal audits; represent company during external audits and inspections;
- control of personell hygiene
- external analysis of product, dough, water and sludge.
