Junior HR Projects Coordinator
- conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (BPO/SSC and Finance positions),
- building the pool of candidates through internal and external databases,
- ensuring efficient and quality handling of candidate communication at all stages of the
recruitment process,
- preparing and placing adverts on websites,
- selecting CVs according to Clients requirements,
- organizing interviews / phone calls with candidates,
- preparing candidates for interview,
- informing candidates about results of recruitment process,
- monitoring employment process of candidate,
- provide regular reports to management,
- maintaining contact with allocated Clients regarding employed candidates and further
cooperation,
- consulting Clients by providing advice and support.
