Project Manager
From 2017 I have been working as a Project Manager - Commercial Affairs in Conversion Department. I have participated in Lotos Petrobaltic Project, Lengthening of Finnbreeze Series for Finnlines Plc. and successfully handed over M/V Spirit of Vancouver Island to Yard's good Client - British Columbia Ferries. In the meantime I have been assigned multiple smaller projects and tasks related with offering, worldwide delegations, vessels inspections and much more.
From 2015.11 to the end of 2016 I have successfully led various ship repairs in Remontowa Shiprepair Yard - most of my projects were related with Stena/Teekay shuttle tankers.
I was also involved in final handover of FPF-1 platform (Marine Part) to the Client.

FPF-1 Conversion - as a Project Team Member:
- supervision of the 2nd shift on the FPF1 Project;
- proactive attitude to the HSE area;
- assuring that the work effort generates desired deliverables on time, within budget and at required performance levels;
- business negotiations;
- cost reduction;
- support for Commissioning;
- preservation;
- weight control/distribution and drafts of the FPF-1 vessel;
- housekeeping;
- waste management;
- pipe marking;
- fuel bunkering;
- heavy lifts;
- painting technology and painting protocols;
- reporting;
- conducting of inspections, process meetings;
- and many more... :-)
