Procurement Specialist
Liaising with suppliers across EMEA, obtaining quotations and generating Purchase
Orders for networking hardware to facilitate installation orders according to defined lead
times;
• Raising Purchase Orders for various suppliers in our Inventory and Accounting System for
hardware and services;
• Processing Purchase Requisitions; creating and maintaining Purchase Orders;
• Monitoring orders, communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery, and ensuring
internal stakeholders are kept informed;
• Working with suppliers to process RMA requests;
• Processing small orders post installation- raising Purchase Orders;
• Applying supplier management processes to maintain strong vendor relationships;
• Evaluating suppliers on the basis of the price, quality, and speed of delivery of their
products and services;
• Applying supplier management processes to maintain strong vendor relationships;
• Finding new suppliers to fulfill business needs and secure best practices and pricing;
• Creating shipping orders from our config
center and warehouse
