• prepare of the financial statements for annual and interim cycle according to the standard operating procedure and agreed client specifics,
• monitor compliance of various agreements with the clients,
• cooperating with trustees and custodians – supply an information and responses to any queries,
• construct an audit file of period end schedules for all components of the unit trust and OEIC SORP accounts,
• calculate monthly distribution rates in the standard format,

Responsibilities:
- prepare template financial statements for annual and interim cycle using the standard operating procedure,
- prepare and complete first draft of audited annual and unaudited interim financial statements from trial balance, including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Schedule of Investments, notes to financial statements.
- prepare reconciliations in line with standard operating procedure. (book cost, capital gain and capital stock),
- work to tight deadlines in order to meet clients reporting timelines,
- maintain and develop relationships with Financial Reporting in UK,

Day-to-day administration of pension schemes with agreed scope in all areas of work related to servicing clients according to any instructions provided, including:
- updating systems to ensure that member’s / scheme’s data is kept accurate,
- checking administration tasks and individual cases,
- reconciling and preparing trade instructions on day to day
processing,
- cooperating with managers, Pensions Administration and UK
Investment Processing Team.
