I report to top Management in Poland. I manage IT processes in Poland in cooperation within global structure. I recommend and implement improvements and efficiencies. I work with global processes and design and implement new global processes.

Support Coordinator

I report to top Management in Poland. I manage IT support processes in Poland. I recommend and implement improvements and efficiencies. I am responsible for support and cooperation with Support Team Managers.

I am working in User Authorization Support team. My duties are: dispatching tasks within the team, administration of users’ accounts in various IT systems like Windows server, Mainframe, Iseries or SAP and being in touch with the VOLVO IT clients in the World. I am Connect Services platform responsible, and my duties include distributing cases between group members, and updating documentation about the platform. I also conduct trainings about the IT platforms for the First Line Support Team.


ATLAS REPORT PRODUCER TEAM MEMBER

My role in Atlas report team is to communicate with the customers and managers. I'm also responsible for collecting all the information (about business background) necessary to prepare the ATLAS reports and to secure that the ATLAS readers have all the information needed to perform the valuable lecture of report.


BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT PROJECT

I gain knowledge of the Business Processes within Volvo IT customers, cooperate and improve relationship with the customers.


DEPUTY OF TEAM LEADER

I was a deputy during the start of the Global Service Desk Right Sourcing project within User Authorization Support group. I had to manage the team, and cooperate with other Team leaders about group trainings.

I was cooperating with a team working on development projects for the University and external companies. I was designing graphics, and coding databases and interfaces of websites.

I was self employed producing web sites from the beginning of the concept and design to the end site for clients. I negotiated and cooperated with clients during these projects. I created web sites using: HTML, PHP, Java Scripts, Flash, CSS, MySQL, Oracle.
I stopped producing Web sites in September 2007 when I came to UK for studies.
