I have further developed my technical knowledge of both upstream and downstream processing as well as gained a comprehensive understanding of Lonza manufacturing capabilities.
Main responsibilities:
- Transfer of process from development - execution of pilot batches
- Planning and organising technician’ activities with use of Standard Work Plan
- Communicate the status of the pilot batch to the customer when required (NPI cover)
- Coaching of new staff within the Pilot team
- Writing COSHH assessments
Key achievements:
- Successful delivery of projects ‘Cost model for Pilot’ and ‘Standard Work Plan for Technicians’
- Recognition for professional approach to the customer
