Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze sales performance results and formulate recommendations for current and future development,
• Maintain Sales performance measurement applications and contribute to process efficiency,
• Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness,
• Design and develop motivating incentive programs for our Sales force in the EMEA region which support the EMEA business plan and the go-to-market strategy, by providing research and analysis, and working with different planning groups from around the world,
• Define customer segmentation for purpose of Sales territory design and target definition.

• Managing global production issues impacting Risk Systems and Risk
Calculation in the UBS Bank,
• Monitoring and ensuring data readiness and completeness to allow proper
Risk aggregation and reporting,
• Running daily controls to ensure reliability and soundness of complex Market
Risk systems along with Risk Control effectiveness in the UBS Bank,
• Ensuring proactive communication to Market Risk Officers during the process
of ‘in flight’ issues that might affect their deadlines,
• New process implementation and ad-hoc projects along with audit reviews,
• Taking part in operational calls with other global business stakeholders to
resolve outstanding excteptions and to discuss current issues,
• Working with RCO Management, Change the Bank and Risk Officers to continuosly improve the processes and the service delivery

• Frequent communication with hospital departments to monitor their needs and to process their order requests. This involved monitoring, ordering and receiving medical equipment. Special attention was paid to product quality and value for money.
• Responding to healthcare staffs' equipment complaints by ennacting repairs where appropriate, performing planned maintenance and referring technical repairs to the necessary service.
• Responsible for sensitive documentation, including; equipment orders, repairs reports, invoices, warranties and trade certificates/licences etc.
• Preparing technical specifications and necessary criteria for medical devices out for tender as part of the public procurement process.
• Responsible for ensuring that medical equipment was fully functional, safe and properly configured.
• Maintaining medical equipment by completing preventative maintenance schedules, conducting tests and contracting outside services to undergo specialist tests where necessary.
• Monitoring the quality and value for money of work completed by outside services.

• Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network,
• Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers,
• Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system,
• Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing
step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem,
• Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team.
