As Initiative Operations Leader I'm responsible for integration of initiatives, product changes, and other major changes into the Supply Chain.
The IOL is accountable for ensuring SNO project results meet targets of Cash (Inventory), SNO Costs, Quality, Schedule and Service.

The role responsibilities include:
- Representing the Delivery Team to the Multi-functional initiative team.
- Engaging/updating Supply Chain Leaders as needed on Initiative status, issues, action plans, and results
- Owning Daily/Weekly/Monthly Supply Planning interface for other functions and disciplines for the PIPO FPCs in the defined supply network(s) of the Project.
