Senior IT Recruiter
I am responsible for IT recruitment in Europe. I operate on permanent job opportunities and contract jobs, especially in SAP. However, I also work across major business software applications and programs.
Responsibilities:
- IT and engineering staff recruitment,
- performing search and selection activities in IT projects (Direct Search),
- identifying potential candidate sources,
- matching candidates to suitable jobs,
- running competence based interview,
- creating competence reports after interviews,
- maintaining good contact with candidates throughout the process,
- managing candidates database,
- writing and advertising vacancies on the job boards,
- negotiating contracts.
