Responsibilities:

o Driving assigned roll out implementation projects and taking the lead for the AP processes in such roll out. This includes general Project management tasks, such as planning and working closely with other functions like local Project management, Test Managers, local consultant(s) and business representatives, making sure the Compass solution for the assigned area of responsibility is delivered in line with agreed timelines;
o Implementing SAP and other related applications (e.g. SRM) according to general plan and methodology;
o Working together with Project Process leads to develop and govern the Project Blue print for AP;
o Acting as a process specialist and first point of contact for incoming requirements;
o Ensuring alignment of SAP functionality with process requirements;
o Cooperating with all parties on process validation and system functionality delivering, creating and update solution documentation;
o Working on extensions of the Project templates by developing functional specifications (for e.g. non standard reports);
o Developing and maintaining Project Configuration instructions (Technical documentation) for AP;
o Developing and maintaining Project Test and Training materials for AP;
o Scenarios defining for test (UT,IT,UAT, Retro-fit) and support preparation and execution of all tests (test data, test scripts, expected results, defects logging and solution);
o Taking part in cross functional work to ensure that end to end best in class business processes such as e.g. Procure to Pay or Order to Cash, SRM are implemented as part of the Project Program to meet the overall Project objectives;
o Participating in data validation (Mock 1 & 2);
o Acting as Trainer and provide training of the Project solution to either local key users or in some cases directly to end users, to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to a Project go-live;
o Taking the lead for resolving any raised defects for the assigned area of responsibility as part of a roll out project (providing Go-live support until project has been signed off and handed over to the final support organisation);
o Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the process with Project;
o Delivering high levels of customer service;
o Sharing necessary information and knowledge, coach and support other team members in achieving team goals;
o Supporting if required, other process areas (AR, GL, GMD);

Responsibilities:

Processing all queries from delivery team;
Day to day monitoring of the system to ensure that all connections internal to the DMS system or external to another ERP are working correctly;
Liaise with all parties if an issue occurs to ensure that they are aware of the issues;
Gathering requirements for future developments or corrections;
Planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing,
Preparing required test material, e.g. test plan, test script, test outcome protocols;
Preparing functional specifications for developer team;
Preparing documentation for users about new functionalities in the system;
Participating the weekly super user call to exchange key data;
Cooperating with DMS on solving system problems;
Handling User questions, queries;
Managing user Maintenance, additions and changes;
Maintaining of user manuals to ensure that they are up to date with new functionality;
