Candidate Acquisition Specialist
- Using world class research tools (e.g.Linked-In or Viadeo) to search candidate,
- Reviewing applications,
- Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role,
- Manage job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness,
- Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles,
- Deploy attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively, managing multiple campaigns,
- Undertake market mapping projects.

Senior Recruitement Coordinator
- Supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective (uploading jobs on the system, capturing candidates' applications, placing vacancies on job boards, etc.),
- Managing incoming interview scheduling, re-scheduling and cancelletion requests (scheduling outlook appointments, booking meeting rooms, updating the system),
- Working directly with the client and recruitement agencies,
- Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports,
- Providing on-going support for candidates and the recruitement teams,
- Ensure the applicant tracking system, is accurately reflecting the stages of our recruiting process and all updates are made in a time frames,
- Working closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP’s)
- Tracking various items including those related to background checks, special assessments, search firm invoices, advertising invoices and personal candidate travel,
- Providing support creating job descriptions and modifying offer letters in English,
- Resolving candidate and hiring manager questions about the recruiting process in both written and verbal communications mediums in English, French,
- Taking responsibility for Taleo and New Hire data integrity,
- Reviewing and analyzing data and provide recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency,
- Performing other administrative duties and recruiting tasks, as necessary,
- Working in the permanent administration department as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator,
- Coordinating Internship Programme in AMS:
*organizing assessment centers,
* reviewing interns' CVs,
* conducting Competency Based Interviews via phone,
* conducting face to face interviews,
* managing a pipeline of candidates,
* sending language tests to the candidates,
* posting the Internship offer on the job boards,
- Participating in the job fairs and promoting AMS outside the company,
- Supporting other teams when workload allows for it.

- Making sure that services delivered are high quality, on time and in line with all internal procedures and regulations,
- Maintaining professional relationships with Business Partners and other departments,
- Cooperating with team leader on process development and optimizations.
