- Provide accurate and timely financial information compliant with IFRS and HSBC Group reporting standards liaising with senior finance representatives of the respective site
- Calculation of BS and P&L, intercompany balances, derivatives
- Submission of financial data to Hyperion Financial Management system (reporting of primary,
supplementary and regulatory results)
- Review, investigation and explanation of variances on balance sheet and statement of profit or loss (Israel Branch)
- Analysis and preparation of high quality monthly and quarterly financial reports requested by HSBC Group
- Take part in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (FINREP report)
- Build and maintain good working relationships with relevant teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organisation
- Comply with internal procedures and rules of control

Koordynowanie oraz sprawdzanie zadań Księgowych ds. Sprawozdawczości Finansowej zarówno w zakresie pracy przygotowawczej przed końcem okresu księgowego, jak również podczas procesu przygotowywania sprawozdań finansowych oraz audytu.

Przygotowywanie wszystkich części składowych półrocznych i końcoworocznych sprawozdań finansowych oraz powiązanych z nimi miesięcznych rozliczeń dla różnego rodzaju funduszy inwestycyjnych.

Monitorowanie rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych oraz sporządzanie raportów w języku angielskim na temat rynku budowlanego i nieruchomości komercyjnych na rynku Europy Środkowo-Wchodniej.
