Main Tasks:
Guests:
Keeps in touch with regular Guests and all other important contacts
Responsibility for the Guests satisfaction and implements steps to continuously improve these
Analyze Guests questionnaires
Responsible for handling and resolving Guests complains
Responsible for solving current problems
Employees:
Responsible for all aspects of leading, hire, firing and yearly evaluation of the team members
Recognizes training needs and develops training schedules
Profit:
Responsible for the rooms budget – controls and verifies the daily Night Audit Report
Achieves a maximum occupancy with high RevPar.
Knows the Hotel forecast, rates and special offers
Control and verifies invoices
Quality:
Implements and control of all Hotel Standards
Communicates with all departments
Optimizes procedures and tasks
Knows all working procedures and assists the team whenever required
Full-fills all administrative tasks
Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager
