Mainly focused on improving Imaging systems reliability, and parts consumption by:
• Mining data and processing from different commercial (Siebel) and in-house CRMs. DB platforms such as Teradata, Greenplum, Oracle, and MS-SQL.
• In-database processing.
• Exhaustive research and data cleaning to define the right data aggregation, extract relevant features/KPIs
• Report conclusions and explain key factors to improve Up-Time. Reporting tools: Shinny, R, and Spotfire.
