Global Sustaining Engineer (GSE) for Dishwasher’s Water Supply System (Supply hoses, Aquastop, PVC inner hoses, hydraulic adapters, hose clamps, external water filters, inlet valves and related plastic components).

- Responsibility for the coordination of global development projects (in 7 factories worldwide) related to the water supply system of dishwashers;
- Responsibility for the design of new hydraulic components within water supply system as well as for the design changes in the serial production;
- Project Leader for 6 Sigma BB Project related to water supply system in Chinese dishwashers (application of problem solving approach);
- Involvement in multiple non-modular projects (implementation of e.g. new platforms) as a project member.

- From 10/2014 to 05/2016 – Local Maintenance for Hydraulic Components in Dishwasher Factory in Łódź, Poland. Responsible for Sustaining Engineering for Water Circulation System within Dishwasher; Support for multiple Hydraulics related SixSigma- and Insouring-Projects; Responsibility for RoHS & REACH process from Development-side;
- From 05/2016 – Operating Specialist / Global Sustaining Engineer for Water Supply System Sub-Module; Global responsibility for all PDC-wide projects related to Inlet Valves, Aqua-Stops, Supply Hoses and related plastic and elastomer components (e.g. fixing plate); Coordination of new Water Supply Projects from Development-side.

- Certified FMEA-Moderator with experience in conducting Process-, Design- and System-FMEAs (with knowledge of FMEA-Software -> APIS);
- Certified Green Belt Six Sigma (3 successfully conducted and audited GB-Projects); cooperation in multiple Black-Belt projects as Project Team Member; Project Leader of a BB-Project (after acomplishing Black Belt training session in 12/2017-03/2018).
- Member of Corporate PDC Network Plastics and Elastomers (Plastic Team) with responsibility for local raw material release process in Łódź (from 2014 until 06/2017).

- Introduction of technical changes in Dishwashers (Sustaining Engineering within Engineering Change Process);
- Coordination of Water Supply related global projects (From 05/2016);
- Moderation of FMEAs for technical- and process-changes;
- Usage of CAD-Software – NX – Changes / Alignments of technical drawings and 3D-models;

- From 10/2011 to 09/2014 – 3-year long apprentice program within BSH in different BSH-Plants in different departments e.g. Development, Quality Management, Production (part of Co-operative studies (Duales Studium) within BSH-Germany;
- Bachelor-Thesis written in BSH-Berlin in Pre-Development Department related to applied Computational Fluid Dynamics in Washing Machines (“Konzeptionelle Auslegung eines Fluidspeichers hinsichtlich günstiger Stömungsbedingungen für Überströmung und Durchmischung” – (de);
- Knowledge of CFX module within Ansys (Performing CFD Simulations).
