Managing purchasing activities in dedicated Projects
Identification a new components to be sourced and align RFQ/ Nomination strategy with Commodity Buyer
Verification and putting in place necessary capacity in suppliers for carry over components
Analysing, compering, negotiating the offers to provide the best choice for own project and for the organization in terms of costing, planning and quality
Nomination the suppliers and track the cost evolution of the components during the development till the serial life
Launching the new components and follow the development until the PPAP approval with the support of Supplier Development
Proposing design/process modification in order to increase the project margin
Proposing and putting in place process improvement in order to provide the best support to project team
Providing feedback to Commodity Buyer in order to adapt their strategy depending of your experience with suppliers
Cooperating closely with other company divisions involved in the project
Participating as Project Team Member and reporting Purchasing activities made during the project

Supplying plant with materials and information in the specific time
Transport coordination
Cooperation with logistic platforms and other forwarders in timely deliveries
Establishing collaborative relationship with other individuals from other functions
Contractors assessment
Implementing and supervising data correctness
Managing the inventory levels
Reduction of existing obsoletes
Identifying jeopardies and introducing proactive actions
Solving operational matters
