Transfers responsibility for service delivery from the customer to the delivery organization during the initial stages of the contract. Responsible for the overall transition and/or transformation of asset management solution/program. Knows and applies standard methodologies to support the execution development and coordination of winning transition solutions and costs during all phases of transition including appropriate closure activities. Client-facing and focused on client satisfaction and the overall client relationship.
