- Convert purchase requests into purchase orders in accordance to Dow’s supply chain policies.
- Work with suppliers in order to obtain quotations and resolve operational issues.
- Support the Accounts Payable team in the resolution of discrepancies.
- Provide support to stakeholders regarding the PtP process via email and phone.
- Manage a functional mail box dedicated to administrating price agreements maintained in SAP.
- Support in the production of reports concerning purchasing data in SAP.

- Media Buying: Research for media products available in different markets, evaluate their
effectiveness and provide media planners with recommendations; Conduct media purchases from
end to end.
- Supply Chain and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with the best data protection policies by
monitoring the assessment of all new vendors before approving their acceptance as regular
suppliers; Engage the existing suppliers into regularly undergoing a security assessment.
