The core accountabilities are supporting the SLOD and SOMs delivering the Tax’s FY scorecard as well as its strategic priorities (e.g. Market Leadership Plans, Digital disruption). This includes Tax wide projects as well specific tasks and initiatives within a Sub-Service Line.

• Evaluation of performance against Financial Plan targets and key performance drivers (e.g. Price, CHPPW, etc)
• Performance management of the Sub Service Lines and Partners (e.g. MBRs, LBLs, PSRs etc)
• Business improvement initiatives
• Annual strategic and financial planning processes (e.g. Market Leadership Plans, FY Plans, Q2 forecasts and other reforecasting)
• Performance management of operational support teams to deliver service levels required
• Sales and pipeline (including data quality) and impact on future revenue streams
• Recruitment planning
• Yearly pay and review process including communication strategy
• Performance Development & Management Process (PDMP)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Payroll processing - weekly and monthly for the employers between 5 and 1000 of employees, dealing with all payroll queries (SMP, SSP etc..), employees tax issues, year-end submissions
• Administration of the starter and leaver process
• Liaising with factoring companies, uploading invoices for clients on a weekly basis
• Raising invoices, posting day books on to the factoring companies (Venture Finance, IGF, Bibby)
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Processing BACS payments from £150 to 350,000.00 on the weekly basis and drawdown requests on behalf of the client from factoring companies
• Responsible for the bookkeeping (Xero system) and bank accounts reconciliations
• Appointed the company secretary
• Liaising with Hmrc and Companies House on behalf of the clients
