- carrying out the recruitment process by using the Direct Search method and others
- establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- creating and managing the client base
- placing and updating job offers
- conducting the screening process and the regular recruitment interviews
- presenting the company on social media and on professional websites

Responsiblilities:
- conducting the phone screening process daily for various clients
- scheduling meetings and placing them on calendar
- providing employees with service (pre-interviewing conversations, encountering problem solving on a daily basis by responding to phone calls and mails)
- covering big data management
- searching for new employees by various methods
- posting job descriptions - cooperating and planning events meant for interaction
- interviewing and selecting candidates with the best qualifications to fill positions (including tests)
- preparing letters of recommendation
- assisting the administrative proces by filing empolyees’ data
- taking responsibility for daily correspondence
