Senior Fund Accountant - Associate 2
Responsible for monitoring all accounting related functions on Funds. Ensuring Funds are reported accurately and on time to the necessary parties. Responsible for delivering quality service to assigned Clients. Reviews Fund components and completes the reviewers’ checklist.
Liaises with other internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepancies.
Assists Team Supervisor in implementing new procedures and controls.
Performs special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor

Senior Customer Care Specialist ( Sales team)
Acknowledge the customer, determine the nature of the call and provide a client focused first point of contact, process customer orders, or refer customers to other service professionals within PerkinElmer.
Provide resolution for basic technical questions.Respond to inquiries re: delivery dates, installations, & PM’s. Follow up and resolve as required.Provide “after-sale” services including order tracking, proofs of delivery, invoice copies, return processing, and related services.
Monitor & respond to telephony, email, voicemail and fax.
Follow up to ensure that all questions/requests/customer commitments.
Process orders for instruments, consumables and accessories using ERP system.
Provide pricing availability information and quotation creation for consumables, accessories, and research reagents.Support salesforce in creating quotations, assisting with inquiries and placing orders
Assist customers with parts identification by seeking description, model number, etc and using all available toolsets to identify desired part or product.Manage order processing transaction issues to ensure product delivery (including logistics) and resolution to customer satisf..File orders/documentation according to established guidelines.
Schedule Pre Installation Visits (PIV’s), Installations
Complaint handling
Handle and follow-up complaints from customer including the issue of credit requests when needed. Handle correspondence relating to a variety of subjects such as requests for merchandise, claims for lost or damaged goods, incorrect billing, and unsatisfactory services rendered.Organize return of material (packaging, instruments, replacement…) when needed.
Identify, report and escalate failures to meet customer expectations and quality requirements.
