*setting up, implementing and developing keyword marketing campaigns in Google (SEM) and Facebook (Social Media),
*monitoring, controlling and optimizing of the client accounts in Google and Facebook based on the targets provided by the clients,
*recognising the potential of client accounts and generating growth in close co-operation with Key Account Managers,
*providing intensive and long-term customer service of the highest quality,
*regular communication and working in close partnership with the clients,
*taking responsibility for the large budgets,
*developing optimization strategies in together with the clients,
*preparing the reports and forecasts,
*preparing the basic photo creations for the online campaigns,

*being the first point of contact for customers,
*resolving customer requests received via all mediums (phone, email, fax) according to agreed service levels and service standards,
*providing assistance to customers in self-service mediums and assisting customer to complete transactions,
*recording and following up all customer contacts in customer facing systems for the service accredited,
*cooperation with financial, sales and new business department,
*being the focal point of unauthorized usage of fuel cards (frauds)

*providing secretarial and administrative support to the office,
*reception desk client service and contact,
*submitting daily post and invoice reports,
*managing office documentation,
*coordination of purchase order and delivery dates of stationery, consumer articles and foodstuffs,
*mantaining facilities in communal areas in good condition,
*arranging shipment via courier and post,
*booking travel and hotel arrangements

*performance of overall reception duties,
*making reservations,
*managing administrative documents and daily financial reports,
*providing the check-in and check-out process to the hotel guests and being medium to guests’ complaints,
*contact with local and foreign partners,
*ordering catering,
*supervision of the 5-person room service.
