Provide WW Supply Closure Management reporting to key customers and Senior Management within the NSS business. Consolidate weekly and monthly reports/presentations.
Prioritizing WW material supply according customer demand with minimum inventory.
Engaging with suppliers to obtain key supply information and minimized inventory
Highlight critical gates to Management and work with the Procurement commodity teams on recovering to the customer forecast.
Monitor supply execution to the committed plan within the factories and raise the appropriate awareness if commit plan will be impacted.
Responsible for identifying process improvements and engage in process improvement projects across the business to aid the automation of key elements within the Supply Chain Process working towards efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and identify capacity concerns that prevents the execution of the supply commit from Xyratex Manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, Thailand and USA.
Monitor and identify inventory level to prevent the execution of the supply commit from vendors.
Facilitate regular internal Supply reviews with representatives from Materials Team and Procurement Commodity Teams & publish weekly minutes / actions.

Planning for Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
Liaising with ware-housing, quality assurance, bulk-packaging and sterilization areas to ensure prompt shipment of product
Manage the production, planning, scheduling and warehouse operations to ensure production KPI's are met
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring cost effective and efficient production & operations

Placing purchase orders based upon project material orders for large variety student accommodation units building projects across UK
Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Managing few different projects
Participating in SQP (Supplier Qualification Program) to drive excellence and continuous improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory). SQP prepares company to receive Class “A” accreditation
Scheduling and expediting direct products, raw materials and components according to projects demand
Communicating supplier schedules and forecasts, analysing MRP reports, receiving supplier shipping documentation and controlling premium freight
Monitoring excess/obsolete materials, identifying and rectifying inventory discrepancies and providing inventory forecasts

Coordinates and expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material including sub-contractors
Experience of working with in a "JIT/Kan Ban" delivery arena
Report daily on shortages, identifying critical areas needing attention and taking the appropriate action where necessary
