Distribution Planner of whole Oriflame product portfolio (several product categories, around 1100 active products, 3500 in general) for 3 Eastern Europe markets: Ukraine, Belarus and Mongolia

Major responsibilities:
- Ensuring 100% product availability,
- Managing and optimizing distribution-planning process across the network,
- Monitoring and improving supply chain operations,
- Monitoring agreed KPIs for inventory, service level and trucks utilization,
- Ensuring correct master data and parameters set up (JDA),
- Daily cross functional work with forecasting, commercial and supply planning teams

Summer Internship Manager
- Recruitment of summer interns for the department. Mentoring, coaching, preparing and coordinating the full induction process and work plan for Interns. Deciding about priorities, plans and tasks.

Distribution Planning Key User for IFS and JDA systems
- Responsible for ensuring full understanding of JDA and IFS among Global Distribution Planning team, fixing potential issues of users on daily basis, spotting potential errors and malfunctions of the system, conducting tests for new solutions.

Supply Review Meeting CIS redesign
- Redesigning and implementation of new standards for SRM for CIS region. The aim was to make it more time efficient and goal orientet to ensure 100% effectiveness. Goal was achieved.

DRP Availability Planning for Hair Care Category (6 brands) in Central Europe (Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia), Israel and GDM - Global Developing Markets region (including, for example Iran, Sudan, Tunisia or French Polynesia).

- Ensuring covering 100% of product availability,
- Management of product allocation policies in case of supply shortages,
- Optimal production planning activities,
- Monitoring and improving supply network operations,
- Proactive management of inventory levels, including: safety stock strategy implementation, overstock depletion and optimization of inventory levels in the supply chain,
- Being responsible for new product launches from supply chain side (including Phase in-Phase out management),
- Close collaboration with manufacturing sites worldwide and market representatives

Supply and Initiative Management for Olay, Head&Shoulders, Herbal Essences and Old Spice in Central Europe region - Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia.
