Providing daily direction and communication to employees so that customer

 Communication and coordination between sales reps, customers, supply and
factory, pricing
 Taking responsibility for invoice processing, amending invoices, issuing credit and
debit notes, handling non-technical complains
 Monitor delivery process, coordinate deliveries with warehouse and transport
company
 Monitor stock situation- cooperation with supply and factory
 Taking responsibility of Shipping Report for the UK
 Support Customer Service for other markets: Norway, Italy, Spain
