Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Speed sourcing’ activities (including sourcing strategy definition up to supplier panel recommendation) on 5 categories. These included specific to beverage industry spend such as: Beverage dispensers; Cleaning in place/ Lubricants and Water treatment; Relocation Transport of refrigeration assets and Waste management,
o Delivered and/or overachieved initial savings target, and
o Worked closely with NPS Client Lead and Category Managers. Managed team of 2 Analyst
and 1 Consultant.


First Data Australia – Global Payment Processing Company

Mission: Customer Centric Process Redesign (Overall Organisation Diagnosis and Two Processes
Redesign) - (5 months – Sydney/ Australia).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Responsible for delivery of three workstreams: 1.Top-down’ Enterprise-wide Process
Diagnostic (high level business case); 2. Merchant Acquiring New Business End-to-End (deep- dive process review); and 3.Professional Services Corporate End-to-End (deep-dive process review,
o Lead a team of 12 members including 3 Consultants and First Data project dedicated team members (full time and SMEs), and
o Managed VP-level stakeholders engagement and alignment on recommendations including preparation and delivery of Steering Committees and Board Presentations.


Australia Post, Australian Largest Postal Services Provider

Mission: Leading a workstream within a second wave of Procurement Transformation (3 months – Melbourne/ Australia).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Built a Sourcing and Negotiation Strategy for one of the largest company spend of over $120M on Contract Labour and successfully overachieved initial savings objective,
o Managed a team of 2 Consultants, and
o Supported Senior leadership team in development of new proposals.


Optus, Telecommunication Services Provider

Mission: Development and implementation of ‘Quick Wins’ within a first phase of Procurement Department Transformation Program (5 months – Sydney/Australia).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Ensured successful development of ‘Quick Wins’ business cases and implementation on 5 indirect sourcing categories including company logistics strategy definition and over $6M of savings delivery,
o Managed team of 3 consultants/ analysts and indirectly over 15 client stakeholders, and
o Support of Accenture Senior leadership account management related tasks.

Mission: Building an international sourcing organisation (duration: 6 months – Paris/France).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Performed a diagnosis of 2 major international contracts: 4 conventional submarines for the Brazilian Navy, 6 conventional submarines for the Indian Navy,
o Defined and implemented an international sourcing and supplier qualification procedure (detailed actions and associate toolbox),
o Defined and conduct action plans to facilitate fasten implementation of the ‘local content’ (offset and knowledge transfer) contractual engagement in Brazil for 85M€ (market analysis, deployment of rigorous practices, selection and qualification of suppliers, reporting, specific actions to unlock urgent issues, ...),
o Proposed a new international organization (resources, skills, roles and responsibilities) for local sourcing structures, and
o Managed a team of 3 consultants and multiple client workshops.


CNFPT, French Territorial Agencies Centre

Mission: Purchasing Diagnosis and maturity assessment (1 month – Paris/ France).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Defined and assessed the level of maturity in purchasing practices based on interviews with key internal stakeholders, and
o Prepared a comparative analysis with market best practices and proposed “Improvement plan”.

Mission: Project approach design for elementary parts complexity reduction (1 month –Paris area France).

Key responsibilities: Prepared a conceptual proposals’ design, methodology developed associated tools and action plans.

Mission: Purchasing transformation program (4 months – Paris/ France).

Key responsibilities and achievements: Developed the breakthrough negotiation approach for contracting with 15 major strategic suppliers such as Unilever, P&G, and Coca-Cola, for 5 major European markets.


Leading Scandinavian Bank
Mission: Purchasing transformation program (5 months – Oslo/ Norway).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Lead the project multi-functional team (10 members) working on the optimization of the IT & Telecom spends on the national base, and
o Savings of 40MNOK (15%) achieved through renegotiations with suppliers and restructuring of the fixed telecom infrastructure (reduction of number of PABXs).


Global Construction Machinery Producer
Mission: Post-merger organization design (2 months – Charlotte/ USA).

Key responsibilities and achievements: Responsible for design and client team alignment on the new global Purchasing and Logistics worldwide organization including US, Asia and Europe.


European Oil and Gas Producer
Mission: Capability building program (4 months – Zagreb/Croatia).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Developed the best-practice purchasing strategies for indirect categories such as: spill containment services, maintenance of railway tanks, sulphate acid, engineering services, etc.
o Worked on the reorganization of the purchasing department, prepared and conducted purchasing trainings to improve the buyers’ skills.


Leading Automotive Manufacturer
Mission: Implementation of the transformation and recovery (4 months – Detroit/ USA).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Implemented the first ‘Global sourcing initiative’ on 3 categories: seats, seat sub-assemblies and wirings,
o Managed sourcing and selection of international suppliers from India, China and Eastern- European countries, and
o Lead capability building effort (purchasing trainings) and coached 5 buyers in a daily operational work.


“Eastern European Sourcing Center”
Mission: Building global sourcing internal McKinsey&Company infrastructure (6 months – Warsaw/ Poland).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
o Participated in developed the internal ‘Eastern European Sourcing Center,’
o Worked on the conceptual center design,
o Built internal and external reputation, and o Managed ramp-up activities (including recruiting tasks – 3 Research Analysts hired) and the Center value delivery definition.
