As a Job Market Consultant I provide consulting, guidance and training on effective career search methods. While preparing candidates for job search I advise how to approach the „hidden” job market and manage their personal network. I have worked with ca. 300 candidates - specialists and people from middle and senior management level positions in Sales&Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering and IT functions.

I help make connections between candidates and the hiring community by creating and strengthening valuable relationships with talent acquisition leaders, recruiters and other HR professionals.

I coordinate job development efforts in outplacement projects. I have worked with companies from various industries: banking, pharma, FMCG, high-tech, IT, manufacturing. In addition, I provide education around career transition and LHH resources.

Responsible for preparing events: workshops and webinars for LHH clients. Experience in managing LHH DBM Poland on-line services and portals.
