HR Coordinator
This opportunity appeared in right time and place. I felt ready for another challenge and was just about to move to Wroclaw. So, here I am, a part of HR Team in Qatar Airways Customer Contact Centre. I am taking care of full-scope HR, with main focus on recruitment and employer branding.
Some of my tasks:
• coordination of recruitment activities
• coordination of employer branding activities
• coordination of on-boarding processes and activities, including pre-employment activities, orientation and induction
• coordination of hiring process
• coordination of all HR administration
• preparation of payroll data
• resolving issues related to employment of foreign citizens
• support in developing HR strategy
• support in developing & delivering attrition initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention
• support in implementing HR policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management
Some of my tasks:

Recruitment & Training Specialist
Due to new investments on the site, I was glad to join the team on permanent position.
I grew with the company, being able to change and improve processes I was in charge of and thanks to that - to take more responsibilities that were in line with the business.
The most important and rewarding part of my job was related to firstly - development of both managers and specialists (I was more than happy to support and prepare them for new roles and tasks), secondly - bringing talents onboard.
With time being, I also gained some corporate recognition and was invited to participate in GPMP introduction for Lincoln Electric's entities worldwide, as a Subject Matter Expert in GPMP Team. This is my most exciting, multi-national project-experience I have ever had.
If it comes to other projects that were important at that time:
* I was responsible for initiating employer branding activities
* I have prepared and incorporated 360* performance management tool for key specialists
* I have conducted job evaluations & mapping for compensation benchmark
* I have prepared HR data analysis report for LE EMEAR entities

I officially joined HR Department as a maternity leave cover.
I found myself in rather challenging situation, where despite of lack of experience, I had to immediately start support local managers in regard to recruitment and development activities. High expectations coming from my colleagues motivated me to do as much as I could to catch up as quickly as it was possible.
At that time my main project was to design and implement 360* performance review process into the company. I am very proud that the project was successful and the tool is still used at the site.

I took up internship at Lincoln Electric when I was on my second year of bachelor studies.
It was my first professional experience, during which I was mainly involved in adjusting existing performance review process to corporate standards. My biggest challenge was to implement defined competencies and to design a score card-like tool, which would allow to evaluate the employee and compare results.
