Implement an efficient cost control department that provides timely and accurate information for Project Managers and Board Members,
Analyses gross data and provide management information,
Control and identification of deviations in order to alert and avoid future problems,
Provide proper information about the status of each Project at all times, including forecasting for site final result,
Ensure the necessary activities to achieve the plan's economic work based on the procedures.

Implement an efficient cost control department that provides timely and accurate information for Project Managers and Board Members,

Collaborate with the management of human resources allocated to the area, planning and coordinating activities to conduct the survey and ensuring the necessary training, to ensure high levels of productivity and quality of work.

Support the Project Manager in economic planning and timing of work in production,
Ensure compliance with the objectives of the company,
Present the proper information about actual status of the production cost centers.
Ensure the necessary activities to achieve the plan's economic work based on the procedures

Cooperation with the design companies,
Cooperation with the Construction Supervision,
Approve the work status and invoices of subcontractors,
Ensure delivery of current documentation to the Project Managers, Site managers and Construction Supervision.
