Indicating needs and coordinating the implementation of improvements of processes
• Supporting the operations in driving process improvement projects resulting in cost savings
• Cooperating with client to standardize the process where possible
• Actively searching for new solutions of transforming the process which lead to increased value add for the client
• Acting as a change agent
• Implementing best practice sharing within the Tower
• Leading projects in cooperation with Supporting Functions
• Supporting decisions by providing the data analysis

Providing recruiting expertise in meeting high volume, fast-paced hiring needs, working on tight deadlines
• Sourcing and prescreening internal and external applicants
• Coaching and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and act as the initial link to programs and information
• Fostering business relationships with hiring managers and recruiting teams in multinational locations
• Supporting a variety of special hiring initiatives, e.g. Romania, Portugal, UK, South Africa graduate program
• Working cooperatively with functional specialist such as Relocation, Immigration, and HR Generalists
