Dealing with bank’s customers, Woolwich’s branches, other departments (Cards, Fraud, Collections, Mortgages, Insurance, Deceased, etc.), and other institutions and public bodies (Police, FSA, Trade Authority, insurance companies, other banks) enquiries.
Main duties (generally – banking):
- performing with customer’s requests regarding balances, charges and facilities in account,
- informing branches about above and coaching them if they were in doubt,
- credit-scoring (Scorex – based on Experian knowledge),
- operations on facilities in account (adding, amendment, deleting), like:
- issuing and stopping/closing of chequebooks and cards,
- setting up, changing and deleting an overdraft,
- amendments on sawing pots and mortgage’s offsets,
- back office tasks (correspondence, opening new accounts, accounts changes and closing it)
- call back requests from other banks
Additionally in migration period member of Migration Customer Support Centre Team, who helped customers pass through a migration process from The Woolwich to Barclays and Real Data Team, whose duty was to inform Barclays branches and Barclays CT about all details of former Woolwich customer’s accounts.
Fully trained in banking software: CSS (Casi), TSS (Workflow), Arrow, Mainframe, Scorex (credit scoring software); Trained in law: Financial Advisory Regulations, Fraud and Money Laundering Regulations, Copyrights and Licensing Regulations, DPA Regulations.

Help in start up and organizational advisory, help in strategy implementation and market identification, advisory in web page preparation, advisory in IT and organizational solutions, some HR and customer related tasks, company representation at London Education Fair - 2006.

Projects: Working together with IT Director – successful ERP system project design and implementation in HQ (project, schedule, budget, legal agreement, teambuilding, teaching/coaching, testing procedures, migration patch, after migration services). Project Leader - successful implementation (data migration, coaching, etc.) of ERP system in all company branches. Successful start of new company branch (all IT tasks & coaching tasks). Successful implementation of online B2B wholesale trade system. Business Analyst – Working together with Financial Director - design and help in implementation of a corporate Cash-Flow forecaster (Excel based cash flow forecaster).

Finance tasks: Project and development of controlling rules and procedures. A bit of T-SQL Scripting, (storing procedures). DTS tasks (import/export) & inter-systems data exchange. Some Windows Server 2000 administering tasks.
