Medicalgorithmics has created a remote cardiac monitoring system called PocketECG.
PocketECG is a breakthrough in ECG analysis and arrhythmia diagnosis. It is the only technology to combine the accuracy of full Holter analysis and the interactivity of hospital telemetry. The system has been FDA approved in the United States, and is CE certified. PocketECG has been patent protected around the world, now is serving tens of thousands of patients and that number is rapidly growing.
The company has been strengthening its leading position in its core business worldwide and intends to become a major market player in the area of drugs clinical trials and anti-arrhythmic therapies.
At Medicalgorithmics I am responsible for international market expansion via strategic partnerships development and managing the International Business Development Department.

Marketing Manager and Optimised Print Services Project Manager
Responsible for managing Product Support Group (copiers, printers, production printing systems, software, professional services) and Product Marketing reporting to General Manager. Initiated and run implementation of Managed Print Services i.e. Konica Minolta Optimised Print Services project within Konica Minolta Poland.
Sales and Marketing Director
Responsible for worldwide software sales, marketing and business development. Managing sales and marketing departments. Representing the company and participating in IT shows and conferences abroad. Frequent international business trips while networking with IT professionals and business partners.
Sales Manager
Responsible for software direct sales (USA, Poland), managing sales team, cooperating with marketing and technical support departments. Developing new sales channels in North America while meeting potential partners in the United States. Exhibiting at IT conferences principally in the United States, Germany, Poland and Japan.
International Sales Consultant
Responsible for direct sales of the network monitoring and management software to both commercial and non-profit organizations worldwide, essentially the United States & Canada. Also handling existing accounts with upsale and cross sale. Involved in various sales projects and marketing campaigns including representing the company at international trade shows (e.g. Interop New York, Las Vegas, Brainshare Salt Lake City, CeBIT Hannover).
Sales Manager CEE
Vivaldi Ltd.
Reporting directly to the President of the company in Taiwan. Responsible for market research, business development in Poland, preparing a sales strategy and a comprehensive customer database, negotiating with potential customers, cooperating with the UK-based Vivaldi branch and the HQ in Taiwan.
Quality Control Manager
Vivaldi Ltd. UK/Taiwan
Responsible for implementing an ISO9002-derived Quality Control System. The scope of the task included research of company issues in Taiwan as well as in the UK, formation of a system strategy and on-site implementation in Taiwan with the assistance of the factory director and research manager from the manufacturing plant. Approximately 1 month spent in Taiwan in order to coordinate and supervise the QCS implementation.
Administrative Assistant

Collected data, attended several international business meetings, negotiations and become acquainted with all the departments of the firm in order to write a thesis, which concerned the process of the internationalization of the firm. Involved in the Business Excellence project that aimed to improve the communication and information flow within the firm. Responsible for translation of international correspondence, involved in making the company’s Power Point presentations.
