Conversion Analyst
As a conversion Analyst I am responsible for the preparation, conversion & parallel accounting schedules for new business integrations and internal fund reorganisations. As a project based specialist role that focuses on converting funds from different administrators. My responsibility is accurate and timely convers funds to State Street System. Additionally I am making sure all client deliverables i.e. parallels are completed to specified standard.
Specific Duties:
• Coordination preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
• Liaising with other internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepancies.
• Performing special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor.
• Reconciliation of State Street Accounting system entries to Client Accounting System.
• Assisting in the development of new procedure and technology.
• Investigating and querying testing data and results.
• Working closely with the fund group and client during fund launch.
• Leading ad hoc based projects.
• Providing direction and training to staff in the course of their day-to-day work.
• Training less experienced staff in fund and bank procedures and processes, and providing guidance and an adequate source of help for questions.

Fund Accountant
I was responsible for calculating the net asset values of funds by performing daily accounting related functions to ensure funds prices are accurate and delivered to the client in a timely fashion. I was the central point of contact for all accounting support functions and analyses the information received making sure any discrepancy was monitored and resolved professionally.I perfectly found my person at technical positions at State Street thanks to a good knowledge of Excel & VBA . I was responsible not only for daily fund accounting activities, but also for creating and maintaining all macros currently running in Germany FA. With the knowledge which I gained at the university (University of Science and Technology) I had no problem with the implementation of new solutions to standard German FA processes. The introduction of new macros (including formatting macros) caused a considerable decrease in the daily work of all colleagues from Germany Fund Accounting. I did not hesitate to contact local Fund Groups in Frankfurt and Munich (email or phone). I was responsible for introducing new hires in daily processes. After not throughout year, my supervisor in appreciation to my performance gave me additional, more responsible, tasks associated with the functions as Cover Reviewer (almost Fund Accountant Specialist) where I was responsible for approving all prepared by prepares daily reports and sent the notifications to FG that all reports were correct. Also, since more than one year I was actively participating in the Macro Development Team, which aimed to improve daily processes in the German FA Team (for the last 6 months I was the person responsible for leading this team)
