Managing processes related to purchases and cultivation of potatoes for Frito Lay Plant. Annual suppliers performance evaluation, contract negotiation and continuous supervision of deliveries. Development and implementation of a new acquisition strategy, change in the methodology of collaboration with suppliers. Co-designing and implementing new P2P system, supporting the management of contracting, growing, storage and delivery of potato chips. Managing work of a four-person team. Reporting to the agro-purchasing manager at the head office of a sector located in Switzerland.

- Obtaining, analyzing, verifying and timely providing to other users, data about the plantations and
crops planted by suppliers for the purposes of FL contracting
- Visiting of suppliers’ plantations and storages in order to transfer appropriate guidance for cultivation
and storage practices
- Analyzing and evaluation of the suitability of previously used and newly implemented varieties.
- Implementation of the GlobalGAP and SQA systemts.

Searching for new young club members. Teaching basics of Fencing for children and adults.

Searching for new clients and sale products used in horticulture, vegetable production, organic farming. Searching of new products used in organic farming, to broaden company portfolio.
