Billing Operations Team Senior Operator
• Implementation of maintenance procedures prepared by the IT system supplier
• Preparation, opinions and implementation of internal procedures in a team maintain billing system in collaboration with design teams and system supplier
• Preparing tools to assist the implementation of internal procedures for maintenance
• Detection of errors in the operation of the system and submit them to suppliers
• Keeping the continuous monitoring of sensitive components of the system
• Solving the technical problems associated with handling the subscriber
• Technical support and customer service teams substantive and sales network
• Cooperation with relevant teams for supplier system and inside the company
• Preparing the recurring reports of quantitative and qualitative operational tasks performed
• Supervision of updates, operational procedures and documentation of its activities
