Additionally responsibility of coding and partly designing internal newsletter reaching over 500 employees and recording Interactive Voice Response messages for the company’s system. Providing extensive assistance and trenings for new service desk agents.
The support included:
Banking machines, points of sales, Windows 7 systems, basic Windows Server 2008/2012 administration, internal and external PC peripherals, basic network maintenance, computer's sub-assemblies, applications intended for registers and store's management.
