IT support position associated with significant responsibility, on which commitment of seemingly minor mistakes can result in enormous impact affecting financials, business appearance and foundations of banking operativeness.

Administration of mainframe batch processes in banking production environment.
Monitoring, analysis and escalation of mainframe infrastructure malfunctions.
Comprehensive cooperation with business representatives, various IT specialists and diverse developers all over the world. Interpretation and modification of JCL scripts controlling mainframe's processes behaviour. Providing general mainframe batch support services.

Responsibility for providing comprehensive IT support for 23 countries around the world - especially USA, Canada and UK. Backstore server systems maintenance and administration support.
Retail and banking systems installation and configuration. Hardware and software issues troubleshooting. End-user emergency case support. Cooperation with technical field service providers and external IT systems-responsible. Handling major incidents severly impacting business efficiency. Software installation superivising, planning and supporting. Additionally responsibility of coding and partly designing internal newsletter reaching over 500 employees and recording Interactive Voice Response messages for the company’s system. ​ Providing extensive assistance and trenings for new service desk agents.

The support included:
Banking machines, points of sales, Windows 7 systems, basic Windows Server 2008/2012 administration, internal and external PC peripherals, basic network maintenance, computer's sub-assemblies, applications intended for registers and store's management.

Designing and coding layouts compatible with Allegro platform.

Selling articles, making campaigns, providing customer assistance
Search engine optimization and Google Analytics monitoring.
