Leading the team of Technical Product Support engineers responsible for maintenance
activities for signaling nodes ( SURPASS hiS700 and Signaling Intelligent Servers) and
GSM/UMTS core nodes ( MSC,VLR,HLR) in Cellular Infrastructure Networks deployed
worldwide.
Duties:
•handover the projects after they reached maintenance phase according to the
internal processes
• ensure the team achieve KPI’s
• assure team meet deadlines according to the agreed SLA’s, assigning tasks for
testing, support and documentation teams, maintaining the quality of the
deliverables (e.g. correction patches)
• responsible for SW delivery schedule and communication to customer via supply
chain
• supporting introduction of new features in Mobile Operator’s environment ( e.g.
providing test manuals)
• providing risk mitigation plans for delivery related risks
• enhancing product’s maintenance capabilities, improving maintenance process
• analyzing and solving problems opened by NSN’s customers
• 24/7 emergency service
• handling the management escalations
• work with clients on reviewing ways of software delivery process can be improved

Technical position with responsibility for analyzing GSM/UMTS features, testing and implementing them in customer environment. Main purposes of the role include the following:
• analyses of specification, technical project documentation,and customer’s requirements concerning GSM/UMTS core
• software installation and preparation of test environment
• acceptance tests at the customer site
• system tests which composed of regression, functional, and error tests
• support during acceptance tests and first software integration and maintenance phase
• fault report handling and testing of correction during integration and maintenance phase
• preparation of technical documentation
