• Leadership of the project team in several facilities in the world: Poland, China
• Setting up supply chain between factories in Poland/China and distribution centers in Hungary, Brazil, China
• Cooperation with IT team for new IT tools development
• Support for the RTP activities for MV VCB and Switchgear
• Product industrialization

Responsibilities:
- Creation in Technology department local support for the MV products in Bielsko-Biała facility (former support located in china)
- Support of development programs and production projects in Bielsko-Biała facility
- Support for the systems of the product

Working as a design engineer in development programs (NPI type A) for low-voltage switchgears for IEC (EMEA) and UL / IEEE / CSA (US,Canada) markets.
Responsibilities:
• Design and documentation of low-voltage switchgears
SEN Plus – LV power controls and motor control centers – LV IEC market
AKD20 – LV power controls – LV IEEE market
• Documentation change management
• Take responsibilities for sub-processes of NPI like: Intellectual property clearance,
safety etc.
• Work with cross-functional international team to achieve goals in dynamic environment
• Participation in test plans creation
• Participation in testing and certification process in internal and external labs (KEMA, DEKRA) including UL witness testing
• Using DFSS methodology to ensure quality of achieved goals
• Work in high multitasking environment
• Act accordingly to schedule under high time pressure

Responsibilities:
• Design new product (Motion system for fume cupboard)
• Cooperate with suppliers to introduce supply chain for new product
• Individual work with limited budget with high product cost pressure
• Preparation of documentation for laboratory equipment validation
