Implementation of e-buro on all computers in Polish Telecom - remote installation of systems, configuration, management (administration), computers and the rights of users and computers through Active Directory, remote installation, configuration and troubleshooting of any problems occurring in the compatibility of all TP programs (including programs distributions based on Oracle ) and by interference in the system registry, installation and configuration access via VPN, data backup, driver installation etc. (Help Desk, 3rd line support)

Conducting courses and series of lectures in the construction and operation of computers and Office 2003/2007. Also including courses organized under the project "Łódzkie - tu pracuję" co-financed by the EU under the European Social Fund
